About Us

Established Neighborhood

Our community was developed in the 1980's and is composed of 100 ramblers and split-level homes built on large lots. Most homes have fences and matured trees and landscaping for privacy.

Friendly Community

Our community has fully paved sidewalks and plenty of walking room to enjoy. We have a private common area with covered picnic tables, basketball court, and baseball diamond. We host an annual garage sale and BBQ.

The governing association is comprised of a full board of directors, including a welcoming committee and architectural committee. We hold regular meetings and open elections to all home owners.

We are a neighborhood where all the houses are NOT painted the same color with similar landscaping. Our only requirement is you contact home owners association before committing to a new project.
